GetScran Returns & Refund Policy

At GetScran, we’re passionate about delivering high-quality, delicious microwave meals right to your door. We want you to enjoy every meal you order, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Below is our policy for returns, refunds, and exchanges:


1. Quality Concerns:

We take great care to ensure your microwave meals arrive fresh and in perfect condition. If there’s an issue with the quality of your meals — such as spoiled, damaged, or incorrect items — please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Alternatively, call our customer support line at 07512 123 456.

What we’ll do:

  • If your meal is spoiled, damaged, or missing items, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.


2. Incorrect or Missing Items:

If your order contains the wrong meals, incorrect packaging, or items are missing, please notify us immediately.

How to contact us:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

What we’ll do:

  • We’ll quickly arrange for a replacement of the missing or incorrect meals or issue a refund for the affected items.


3. Delivery Issues:

If your delivery is delayed or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, we apologize for the inconvenience. We understand how frustrating this can be.

  • We’ll track down the issue with our delivery partner and, if necessary, offer a full or partial refund for the affected order.


4. Change of Mind:

We understand that plans can change! However, due to the nature of our products (microwave meals that need to be stored and prepared quickly), we do not accept returns for any reason other than quality concerns or delivery issues.

Please Note:

  • We cannot accept returns for meals ordered in error or if you simply change your mind.

  • We cannot accept any opened or consumed products for returns or exchanges.


5. Subscription Cancellation:

If you'd like to cancel your subscription or skip a week of meals, you can do so at any time before the cutoff date for the next delivery.

How to cancel or skip:

  • Log in to your GetScran account, go to “Account Settings,” and follow the steps to skip or cancel.

  • If you need assistance, feel free to reach out to us via hello@getscran.uk.


6. Refund Process:

Refunds for eligible returns or issues will typically be processed within 5-7 business days after we’ve confirmed the problem and agreed on the next steps.

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for your original order.
